The original screen-printed logo looked too faint and lacked the texture Aisha wanted for her premium tote bag.
After discussing her feedback, we proposed upgrading it to a 3D embossed embroidery logo, creating a more dimensional and textured appearance.
Our team produced a second sample incorporating the new logo treatment.
Aisha reviewed the revised sample and gave her final approval.

Factory Visit: Building Trust Beyond Samples
On September 29, Aisha traveled from the UK to visit our factory in Guangzhou, China.
During the visit, Esme and our team showed her the production lines, quality control procedures, and sample showroom.
Seeing our manufacturing operations firsthand helped Aisha better understand how her products would be made and how quality would be managed.
The visit also brought a personal touch to the relationship.
As China’s Mid-Autumn Festival had recently taken place, Esme prepared mooncakes and panda bookmarks for Aisha. In return, Aisha brought chocolates from the UK.

By the end of the visit, we had also confirmed the sampling plan for her second bag project.
